Thank you for visiting and liking my post today. Like you, I am self taught with the art I do. I saw your pencil portraits and really enjoyed them! Pencil or pen are my favorite portrait mediums to use. My favorite part of doing portraits are the eyes — the window to the subjects soul. If you get those right, the rest of the portrait just blends around it (if that makes sense!). Your paintings are beautiful. Your color choices and subject matter resonate with me — Mother Nature is an endless, captivating muse (and for some of us therapist! lol)

Many thanks Saymber. I enjoy doing my art and as you said about the portraits, I get the same vibe. I always start from the eyes and make sure I get them right. Art relaxes me and is a talent I thank god he gave me. Many thanks and have a wonderful day!
